1 can of dark beer (330 ml – stout or similar)

2 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions:

Season and Sear the Chicken:
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large pan and brown the chicken on both sides until golden. Remove and set aside. -
