Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs

  • 1 can of dark beer (330 ml – stout or similar)

  • 1 onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper


Instructions:

  1. Season and Sear the Chicken:
    Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large pan and brown the chicken on both sides until golden. Remove and set aside.

  2. Sauté the Aromatics:
    In the same pan, sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic until soft and translucent.

  3. Add Mustard and Beer:
    Stir in the mustard, then pour in the dark beer. Mix well to combine.

  4. Simmer:
