Homemade Chocolate Brownie: Soft, Easy, and Delicious

Make a homemade chocolate brownie that’s soft inside with a slightly crispy crust—perfect for chocolate lovers. This simple recipe is ideal for enjoying with family or friends, filling your kitchen with an irresistible aroma.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g dark chocolate

  • 250 g butter

  • 400 g sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 200 g flour

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 150 g walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a brownie pan.

  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over low heat or in the microwave. Stir until smooth.

  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add the sugar. Continue beating until smooth and slightly fluffy.

  4. Incorporate the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs and mix well.

  5. Add the sifted flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

  6. If desired, fold in the walnuts evenly into the batter.

  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

  8. Bake for about 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs but not wet batter.

  9. Let cool before cutting into portions.
