2 apples

2 onions

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 cup (250 ml) chicken broth

Instructions:

Season and Sear the Pork:
Season the pork loin with salt and pepper. In a hot pan with a bit of olive oil, sear the meat on all sides until golden brown. Set aside. -
Caramelize the Onions:
In the same pan, melt the butter and add the thinly sliced onions. Cook over low heat with the brown sugar until soft and caramelized (about 10–15 minutes). -
